Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Management The new management comes into service on the Baisakhi day of each year. The management consists of the executive committee and the board of directors with nine members each. The two member audit committee is independent of the management. The executive committee and the audit committee is elected for one year term. The board director is elected for a three year term. However, one-thirds of the board directors are elected every year.
